*Job Description*
*Position Summary: *
To Test Infotainment system developed by We. Validate the system SW
continuously with different Test Techniques to achieve the Quality Software
and System Performance as per the requirement of Client/Customer. Support
the development team to achieve defect free software by bring out the bugs
early in the project. Follow release plan of the project and quickly adopt
to the change in plan.
*Job Responsibilities: *
• Domain Ownership: Navigation (both HMI and Functional) and
Complete System Test knowledge.
• Understand the Architecture of Software and Hardware.
• HMI and API level Testing for Navigation domain.
• Quickly ramp up on the entire system testing perspective.
• Finding defects on system, service and engine level through
Exploratory and Regression Testing.
• Complete Ownership of Test Suite generation, Maintenance of
existing Test Suites and Adding Exploratory Test Cases to Test Suite after
every release.
• Detailed analysis of reported problems, Bug analysis, Bug
verification and tracking. Perform reviews and other activities to ensure
high-quality results.
• Independently handle both Vehicle testing and manual testing
request.
• Involvement in vehicle drive testing.
• Should handle internal customer by timely communication with
correct data.
• Independently perform a complete system testing.
*Required:*
• 6~9 years of experience in Testing
• Min 5 years in Infotainment Navigation testing & System
testing.
• Must have knowledge of software and Hardware architecture.
• 3 or 5 projects specifically on Navigation
• Over all system Knowledge and Vehicle Testing
• Must have knowledge in Test Automation.
• Knowledge on Testing Quality standards
• Good English Skills (writing, documenting, conversation)
• Has ability to quickly ramp up on the entire system testing
perspective.
*Basic Qualifications:* experience needed to perform the key
responsibilities of the position:
• Bachelor’s Degree / Masters’s Degree in Engineering,
• At least 4+ years of Relevant Testing experience
(Navigation)
• Infotainment System Test Knowledge is must
• Have Proven Testing Skills
• Quick learner of System and Architecture
• ISTQB certification (Basic or Advanced)
