Preferably 2+ years of production support experience for SharePoint in versions 2013, 2010 and 2007. 2. Preferably 1+ years of 2013 on premise experience. 3. Experience using JS Libraries/Scripts/CSS/HTML5. 4. Intermediate JavaScript programming experience 5. Experience with 3 out of 5: a. Content Search Web Part b. Content Query Web Part c. Content Editor Web Part d. HTML Form Web Part e. Filter Web Parts 6. 5+ years of SharePoint out-of-box GUI (front-end) / SharePoint Designer experience with 2007/2010/2013 on premise versions. 7. Ability to complete customizations 99% of the time through the GUI or SharePoint Designer 8. Customization of forms through the front-end GUI 9. SharePoint Designer custom workflows with skills beyond an email notification and approval workflow 10. Looking for a true SharePoint Designer/Developer that has ‘grown-up’ with SharePoint and doing things the SharePoint way. 11. Best candidate is someone has provided support for SharePoint and customizes SharePoint based on requests submitted by the business using out-of-box functionality. 12. Understanding and experience with SharePoint out-of-box functionality, including out-of-box workflows. 13. Knowledge of how to complete different requests in a variety of ways within SharePoint so that the best solution for the situation is used. 14. Understanding and experience with SharePoint permissions. 15. Ability to identify when SharePoint might not be the best tool for a request. 16. The individual has been considered an expert by peers and is sought out for direction in SharePoint and provides knowledge transfer to peers. 17. The individual is efficient and timely with completion of activities. 18.
