Networks, in this context, include the devices that allow for Ethernet traffic, the security of the information that is transmitted using such devices, and the means to backup and restore, and monitor such devices and their configuration. The Network Engineer will be assigned the task of designing and testing solutions that meet the client’s needs, and writing a plan of action for the Implementation Director to execute. Such assignments will originate from the Project Manager or the Engineering Director. This role reports to the Engineering Director. Responsibilities: • Vet, design, and test networking work requests in a timely manner and on-budget • Transition networking work requests to the Implementation Director in a timely manner • Document networking development project designs, in both their declared features and their limitations, and, through the Project Manager, ensure the designs are approved by the client • Address all questions regarding networking development work by the Implementation Director/Team in a timely manner • Keep abreast of security threats to networks and operating systems, and communicate anything new or relevant to team leads and technicians • Assist the Sales Manager and Project Manager in preparing pro forma or actual statements of work • Assist the Research and Development Committee as appropriate • Occasionally position self to maintain computer equipment, including under desks, in the server closet, and overhead on the server rack *Thanks and Regards* *Vikas Gupta* *Sr. Technical Recruiter* *Phone: 4692098270* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-Projects" group.
