SSRS experience – develop reports in SSRS against SharePoint lists
User interface design and development experience

Web Standards – HTML 4, JavaScript
ASPX knowledge, .Net Framework Development
Knowledge of CAML and how to utilized CAML in development
JSP or PHP desired
