*Business Analyst – Ecommerce*

Client is looking for a BA consultant for his Product Detail & Conversion
team (meaning anything related to the Product Detail Page and Checkout
experience, to "convert" the ua.comuser to purchase more by making their
experience as optimal as possible).

Ideally, someone with at least 4+ years of solid BA experience that has
e-commerce project experience.

Personality is just as important as skills – looking for strong
communicator and influencer, someone who can multi-task and juggle lot of
balls in the air, ability to change direction at any time, and thrives in a
chaotic environment.



*Requirements:*

Need to be able to elicit & document requirements, understand the gaps, ask
the right questions as it pertains to their environment (so technical
knowledge would be helpful).

Need someone who has worked in an Agile environment as a product owner or
understands the product concept.

The BA would also need to do testing.

The BA needs to be client facing as they would be interviewing
stakeholders.

The needs to be able to influence.

Candidates need to be nimble, flexible, able to work in a fast-paced
environment, and willing to change direction.

They need to be self-reliant and can work without hand-holding.

IDEAL candidates would have worked in an ecommerce environment or on some
type of web based application project.

IDEAL – ecommerce, web based projects, etc.

Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence

Experience working in a SOA environment and with APIs and web services
