1. Performance testers with Load runner (2 positions)
Location : Philadelphia, PA
Rate : Maximum we can offer is $40, give me your best rates.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan and Design complex and Integrated Performance test scenarios for
applications and infrastructure
to be used for Integrated Load Testing.
2. Design and write performance test scripts using Load Runner as
well as custom test harnesses. Execute and
coordinate monitoring of performance tests.
3. Analyze performance test results, identifying potential
bottlenecks. Produce comprehensive test reports and
present findings to management.
4. Analyze application usage and server performance data as
required.
5. Work with application development teams and business users to
develop and validate performance requirements
Requirements :
1. 5 years of performance development.
2. Advanced knowledge of LoadRunner.
3. Strong knowledge in performance testing life cycle.
4. Hands on experience in manual testing, test case writing, execution,
defect analysis and reporting.
5. Load/stress testing on the infrastructure.
6. Identify and document bottlenecks or delays.
Additional Capabilities Needed: Strong overall technical and analysis
skills, excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in MS Office.
2. QA(Rational rose) (4 positions)
Location : Philadelphia, PA
Rate : Maximum we can offer is $40, give me your best rates.
Responsibilities:
1. Gather and document the detailed business requirements in form of a
traceable, testable and verifiable format.
2. Apply use cases to fully ascertain the functionality of the system
changes.
3. Guide the business to make the appropriate decisions to reach a
positive impact to the technology solution.
3. Develop and execute system test plans and define workflow for all
assigned projects.
4. Map business processes and help to define QA tests with the Quality
Assurance team.
5. Work closely with all IT Managers involved with the project.
6. Work closely with the business users in identifying business rules.
7. Extensive use of the system development life cycle.
8. Provide mentoring to other business analysts.
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements :
1. Strong knowledge of Rational Rose(UML Modeling).
2. Minimum of 5 -8 years BA experience.
3. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) a plus.
4. Analyzes business processes/functions.
5. Gathers detailed business requirements.
6. Has extensive experience working under a structured SDLC.
7. Has experience with Use Case design/analysis/specifications.
