*Need Strong Candidate with excellent communication skills* *Position: Agile Coach* *Location: Cincinnati OH* *Duration : Long Term* *Essential Job Functions:* · Assist in developing and implementing an Agile Framework · Assist and provide expertise in the organizational change required for the Agile Transformation · Provide training on Agile practices · Help develop roles and responsibilities appropriate for specific programs that accommodates the Agile framework · Facilitate iteration planning, lead work within individual sprints, and coordinate retrospectives and demos · Assist key business users (product owners) with backlog creation and grooming. · Ensure cross functional coordination (analysts, developers, and testers) is occurring early and often. · Maintain and publish agile metrics (e.g. velocity and burn-down) · Coach, mentor, and evangelize agile best practices across the organization.
