*Responsibilities*
Communicating and interacting with Developers, Release/Configuration
Managers, and Performance Engineers, the Process Architect will work closely
with stakeholders to select tools, develop automated build tools and
processes, and establish standards that facilitate the fast, reliable
deployment of multi-tiered environments for performance test initiatives.
This role will require direct, hands-on expertise in implementing
environmental builds, both by programming/configuring commercial automated
build management tools and by developing custom solutions - for distributed,
mid-range, mainframe and service oriented architecture (SOA) environments.
Strong knowledge of build/release management processes and techniques is
required.
*Minimum requirements**:*
10+ years of direct, hands-on experience with Build/Release
management in complex multi-tiered environments
3+ years of experience with Build/Release management for SOA
architecture, Web Services and Clearcase
3+ years of experience in designing Configuration Management/Release
Management policies and promotion models
5+ years experience developing web base application with java and/or
.net,
5+ years experience and familiar with JUnit, HTTPUnit, JMeter,
Grinder, Openview, SiteScope, BAC Wiley, and Loadrunner.
5+ years experience in the use of automated build/release tools,
preferably Anthill Pro, Clearcase, Ant, Maven or Hudson
Demonstrated ability in the development of custom solutions for
automated builds/releases
Ability to work as a peer with highly technical client resources
Computer science degree or equivalent experience
*Desired:***
Familiarity with ITIL processes (formal training/certification
preferred)
3+ years of hands-on experience in supporting performance test
environments
Ability to communicate complex technical information to both
technical and non-technical senior stakeholders, both orally and in writing
