Integration with internal and external systems that will allow the business to grow and change, as we integrate and innovate within the context of an AWS EC2/S3 environment Constantly look for ways to improve application performance 8+ years of design and development experience in software engineering of backend serving systems. 6+ years programming in Java and using standard Java apps and frameworks Experience in Spring Framework, RESTful API development and Cloud based infrastructure Hands on experience with RDBMS systems (like MySQL) and familiarity with NOSQL solutions Experience in building highly available and highly scalable backend server systems Familiarity with server architecture and associated components: databases, caches, queues, proxies, load balancers and more Ability to decompose complex problems into manageable units of work Knowledge of Cassandra and Mongo Databases is plus Agile development experience through scrum Knowledge of LAMP architecture and PHP Experience with message bus technologies Experience with Amazon ECS/Docker and continuous deployment process |
