They can also pay their bills, so someone who has worked that type of app. *Summary*: - Must be *very very strong* Ruby/Rails - Some Java wold be nice - Customer facing website experience (front-end) - Able to enforce standards across team - HTML, Javascript is nice to have - Will be working on ‘my.xfinity.com’ site which is used for MACDs for users/customers - In-person interview is preferred but will do Skype if necessary - Team works on 3 week Agile cycle, so exp with Agile is must - Team also does peer reviews of code - Dev/Ops exp is helpfulHas knowledge to self diagnose, but not expected to be expert on servers, dbs, etc - Understand what it takes to deploy an application - Interview process will be intense and highly technical.
