Specific knowledge of Quality Management approaches, and Testing Tools (QualityCenter, QTP) and Practices. · 5+ years experience in hands on Manual Testing covering System (Functional, Regression), System Integration and Data Quality Testing for Data warehousing Projects. Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing. · 2+ years experience in Data warehousing Testing projects, with Data Warehouse Tools or software like OBIEE, Essbase, Oracle Analytics, etc. · 4+ years experience working in a global team and in an Onshore/Offshore model. Strong experience in managing remote contractor or vendor team. · 1-2 years experience with Peoplesoft/EPM (for data sourcing) and Clarity CPM will be added advantage. · Certification in Testing like CMST, CSTP, CMSQ. Project Management certification like PMP, Prince 2. ISTQB Practitioner Level certification., will be a great advantage.
