Mid- Level Migration Project Lead Location: Groton, CT Duration: 6-12 Months Rate: $40/hr. on C2C Migration Project Lead Role Description § Documentum experience § Content Migration Experience – unstructured content (experience migrating content into a Documentum environment is a major plus) § Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal § Project Management experience will be helpful § Work with the PM and the business in understanding the functionality guiding principles. § Work with the Project Manager to estimate and plan migration activities, and incorporate them on the overall TMF project schedule § Planning and direction of TMF migration-related activities in coordination with the overall TMF Project and other migration program (VIPER) § Migration analysis activity (e.g., workshops, detailed mapping activity, issue resolution, Change Management, etc.). § Centralized coordination and global communication of migrations to ensure business cutover plans are met, disruption to clinical studies is minimized, and key regulatory activity is not impacted. § Adaptation and execution of standard migration processes and templates provided by other migration program (VIPER) o Pre-engagement checklist o Engagement checklist o Data Cleansing standard rules and processes o Migration workshop process and deliverables o Deployment readiness assessment checklist o User readiness assessments (training completion, SOP’s, etc.) § Documentation (mapping specifications / output of migration tool, deployment plans, standard deployment deliverables, etc.).
