·         Over 10 years’ experience required.

·         Experience working on Mortgage Domain

·         Onsite- Offshore coordination

Coordinates all areas of system testing, including preparation, execution
and installation support to assure quality system changes.

Monitors and provides daily production, business and system consultation
and support to client base; supports complex systems to assigned client
base and identifies, studies and resolves production problems.

Leads major complex projects, estimates plans and project timelines and
resources for target implementation schedules.

Organizes, directs and develops all aspects of assigned projects, both
technical and business.

Prioritizes and identifies cross application/system enhancements, documents
business needs, determines development impacts to current system processing
and works with programmers and users to ensure accuracy of enhancements.



Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience.



*Typical work-related activities include: *

• Develop Service themes and epics, ensuring integrity of the service
across products

• Engage stakeholders to identify cross-functional product features, and
impacts to current processes, operations, and platforms

• Support the Service Owner in the generation of Service Roadmaps and
Service Backlogs, plus grooming of those backlogs • Bundling of service
backlog items into implementable initiatives at the Scrum and Sprint
backlog level, supporting the product owners and Scrum teams in the
understanding of initiatives/scrum feature contents • Develop detailed
service requirements, requirements scope, use cases, and user stories as
needed, and work with Business Analysts at the Scrum level to ensure
implementation of those

• Work with the product owners and support the prioritization of work
through Scrum work-streams

• Facilitating meetings involving cross-functional teams across the life
cycle from strategy and planning to implementation

• Support Scrum and Sprint planning and estimation of effort, as well as
Scrum of Scrums when needed

• Generate and maintain requirements traceability matrixes and the
relationships to use cases

• Produce communications and documentation that is clear and organized

• Map high level processes and elicit service requirements from process
improvement activities

• Ensure that Customer Experience and Customer Care requirements are
included in the Service Backlog and cascaded down to Scrums
