Demonstrate experience and leadership in software testing methodologies, testing approaches and planning, QA processes, defect and metrics tracking. Work to ensure that developed products meet design specifications and are within total quality management limits and standards. Communicate with product developers, technical operations and architects on product issues. Requirements: · 7+ years of Testing experience with strong background in Software Quality assurance. · 5+ years of Testing software in a complex, large, scalable, distributed environment (SOA architecture a plus) · 5+ years of Testing experience for multi-tier web based applications built using JAVA/J2EE technology stack. · Good understanding of web based service-level interaction, able to debug/trace low level HTTP(s) data interchange. · Experience with server configuration, environment setup and debugging skills. VmWare a plus. · Thorough orientation in RDBMS concepts, SQL, stored procedures, and awareness of schema and data optimization principles. Experience with Oracle and Sybase a plus. · Highly proficient in a Unix/Linux environment.
