Previous Labour and Employment experience is highly desired, but not required. Also, the candidate must be experienced in SQL, and provide working solutions to the customer within the bounds of the existing Service Level Agreement (SLA). The SLA timeframes vary depending on the level of the incident. · Develops, implements, and maintains web-based application systems for an organization. Troubleshoots issues with existing or developed systems, and works with the appropriate resources to resolve them. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field (i.e., HTML, Java, etc.) Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May direct and lead the work of Contractor staff.
