SAP Basis Administrator I Work Location: Wilmington, DE
Duration: Long term contract *Rate:** $45.00* *Required Technical Skills * • Expertise in SAP Basis Administration, across ECC, BW, eWM, Portal, PI, Solution Manager • Expertise in supporting SAP applications on UNIX and Oracle platform • Ability to troubleshoot Oracle database • Support Production Incidents using investigative approach and determine resolution • Demonstrated ability to translate technical specifications and implement SAP technical changes • Report status regularly and provide transparency to Basis Lead • Recommend standardized process, procedures and policy. • Increase the use of tools and automation resulting in efficiency gains • Excellent communication and teamwork with other teams (client, Accenture, contractors) *Responsibilities: * • Participate in the Basis On-Call rotation, along with on-shore and off-shore Basis team members to provide 24x7 support • Participate in monthly Maintenance Windows, which are on Saturday • Provide daily SAP technical support for existing SAP systems (owning incident tickets and driving to resolution) • Work autonomously on assigned systems for SAP Refresh, SAP Support Packs and Upgrades, Legal Change Packs, BSI updates, etc • Deliver minor enhancements including technical design, build, and unit test • Provide transparency to leadership • Work collaboratively in a team environment • Complete break/fix assignments and delivery of on time solutions to meet committed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) • Responsible for working with functional analysts as necessary to understand and implement design requirements • Develop technical design documentation to support development and acceptable security standards • Responsible for defect resolution as needed • Various other duties as requested Thanks & Regards Laxman Sr. IT Recruiter Pace Computer Solutions Inc.
