- familiar with both waterfall and agile methodologies including

sme’s.
- familiar with jira and confluence
- adequate to advanced skills of using ms project, excel, ms word
and visio drawing tool along with working knowledge of other ms office
applications
- experience in documentation as needed for new technology.
- have worked in a distributed, virtual team environment across
management, development, and qa.
- ability to translate business requirements into technical and
operational requirements
- ability to manage scope and acceptance criteria
- ability to identify and manage change requests or scope creep
- ability to review test cases based on requirement and acceptance
criteria
- understanding of systems engineering concepts
- understanding of development life cycle
- able to facilitate meetings between business and it stakeholders
- competencies:
- strong analytical skills
- strong organizational sills
- planning skills and be able to estimate requirement effort
- communication skills. (written and verbal communication. some level
of technical writing skills would be a plus)
- understanding of (experience in these areas preferable.)
