Coordinate and execute appropriate technical and procedural response. Provide escalation and communication around outages and incidents. - Provide leadership and manage coordination of assigned projects. - Identify and implement improvement initiatives. - Demonstrate technical knowledge of automation tools such as scripting in Powershell, VBS and Windows batch files. - Provide an escalation path for persistent or real-time problems and contribute to long-term solutions for major deficiencies. Basic Qualifications: 1. 5-7 years of experience in infrastructure operations 2. 3+ year experience working with remote, offshore teams 3. 3+ years of experience operating Microsoft technologies (Windows Server 2003 / 2008, MS Exchange 2003, SQL Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, WINS) 4. 3+ years of experience with Virtualization Technologies (VMWare ESX) 5. Prior team lead and systems design work experience is required. 6. Experience in a heterogeneous 500+ server environment is required. 7.
