The Office of Information Technology Services (OITS) has been assigned the task to analyze, define and document the detailed business requirements for various high profile initiatives currently taking place in the Department. The initiatives include; 1) Analyzing IT Asset management tools. Working with the vendor to complete the Proof of concept, working on requirements and implementation details for procurement systems and the Asset management too with OITS and the chosen vendor. 2) Define the requirements and implement a complete asset management system that will track all hardware/devices, software and licenses. 1. Produce and define new requirements from stakeholders and IT staff 2. Document requirements and workflows for new and existing applications. 3. Work on Proof of concept requirements and vendor needed requirements 4. Create and maintain System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) artifacts, including requirements documents, process flows, use cases, and test cases. 5. Create and execute end-to-end test plans, managing all test plan activities to ensure objectives are met and the solution works as expected. 6.
