Reporting to Sr. Manager, HR Infrastructure & Technology, this position will provide strategic leadership, technical support, and HR Data/Reporting analysis for global compliance programs. Working with systems that include: Learning Management System (LMS), Business Objects, Crystal Reports, and more, this position will work closely with internal stakeholders to define business requirements and provide team guidance to meet customer needs. Additionally, the position will manage external vendors to ensure the timely implementation of planned deliverables and resolution of bug-fixes and program enhancements. Additional responsibilities include: • Analyzing data and changing data via SQL • Creating reports using Business Objects Crystal Reports • Consulting with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to better utilize features of Learning Management System and optimize functions to provide the highest business impact • Collaborate with Senior leaders on systems architecture, implementation, monitoring and maintenance of database systems, data migration plans, data replication schemes and data interface projects • Troubleshoot technical issues with the applications and systems that support business processes • Coordinate with IT and Learning Administrator specialists and other technical subject matter experts as necessary *Skills* • A professional with experience in: Analyzing data using SQL, Business Objects, and Crystal Reporting • Expert customer service skills and project management Further, the individual will have demonstrated the following competencies: • Expert level experience developing Crystal Reports (2008 preferred) • Strong SQL skills with experience in MS SQL Server 2000, 2005 and Oracle 10g • Knowledge of CMC- report scheduling and delivery • Web Intelligence- creating and maintaining Universes • InfoView- deployment and administration • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Creative problem-solver, enabling him/her to challenge current practices and ways of thinking about HRIS systems • Project Management • Ability to communicate with colleagues of both technical and non technical backgrounds • IT application administration, HRIS applications, Learning Mangement Systems a plus.
