Required Skills: - Minimum 5+ years of Delphi experience - Excellent communications skills, written and verbal - Excellent team work skills - Ability to work in constantly changing environments Job Description: Person would be working on our CEDSA/DART team under my supervision as part of the ISTS Application Services Specialized Applications Group. This person will be coming up to speed on our DART application, which is the front-end to our CEDSA database, which is our current customized GIS system. We anticipate more changes to the application system and this person will have to work closely with our back-end programmer to implement changes to the DART/CEDSA system. We have project work, enhancement work, and some bug fixing.
