The right candidate will lead the assessment of the current MS SQL application database, document findings, and recommend the short and long term database and application design. In this capacity, the candidate will be required to identify business requirements, develop information models, perform data analysis, design advanced SQL queries, triggers, and stored procedures, design and code reports, and maintain databases. A strong working knowledge of MS Access and MS Excel and a background in financial services is required. The candidate will join the IT team that is re-engineering an existing MS SQL Server environment to support CIT’s Fresh Start Accounting requirements. The candidate needs to be professionally mature and self-directed, must possess excellent time management and interpersonal skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
