Position: Data Analyst/Modeler/Architect Location: Oklahoma City/Tampa, FL (will start in OKC for a few weeks, then work in Tampa)
Duration: 2-3 months but could be extended Job description: · Responsible, directed by the project manager and the data architect for identifying data needs and related business rules as part of the requirements documents, the development specifications, including data movement specs, and model metadata. · Documents data creation, collection, and reporting and analytics requirements throughout the business data life cycle from data entry, including Point of Sale (POS), to use of data in data marts and cubes. · Develop relational and fact and dimension models, as needed, subject to the data requirements. · Works with database administrator (DBA) to actuate data models and data specs and to migrate from development, to test, to production. · Contributor to QA Plan · Participant in execution of QA Plan Required skills: Knowledge of POS system is a plus Knowledge of the franchisee corporate model a plus Ability to analyze and document input data is key Ability to work with the client business and IT resources to develop and document business rules and transformation rules a requirement Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Informatica Desired Skills: Understanding of relational databases a strong preference Understanding of SQL a strong preference.
