Duration: Contract to hire (H1’s are also OK but will be given least preference) Interview: Telephonic. - Overall IT experience of over 10-12 years. - Performed Business Analyst role for over 5 years, Supply Chain domain would be a huge plus. - Strong functional knowledge in Procure to Pay and Order to Cash business processes. - Experience in working on large modernization programs – legacy system transformation or new ERP implementation. - Experience in some of the following functional areas related to O2C & P2P such as Sell Products & Services, Invoice & Collect funds, Forecast demand & replenish, Manage Customer Pricing & Contracts, Manage Products, Manage Warehouse, Pay Invoice etc., - Experience in SOA and BPM based solution implementation. - Experience in food service industry is a good-to-have skill. *Responsibilities:* - Understand functional requirements based on discussion with business users. - Able to work with business users on new solution from functional perspective and come to common agreement. - Support identification of business services based on process and functional area. - Own Functional Specification document creation leveraging offshore based business analyst team as well. - Create test cases and verify results to validate functionality in solution built. - Able to identify dependencies of solution functionality across releases and manage them.
