Prepares program specifications and develops coding logic flowcharts. - Participates in client interactions and business partner discussions, independently, to develop system solutions to business problems. - Works within established procedures to develop, test, implement, and maintain application software. - Recommends improvements to established processes, develops implementation plans, and assists in rollout. - Initiates and leads improvements to established team processes, design, and coding standards, and influences others to adopt. - Mentors more junior developers.
