MANAGER, SYSTEM INTEGRATION/APPLICATION SUPPORT
The Manager, System Integration/Application Support is a member of the
Finance PeopleSoft team whose primary role is to manage development,
integration, and support initiatives involving the PeopleSoft Finance
Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Treasury applications. This position
works closely with business unit representatives to understand current
business processes and objectives, provide advice, propose solutions,
and liaison with IT resources. Prior experience with a structured life
cycle methodology for application development is required. Knowledge
of best practices in the given application area is a must. An ability
to work independently, be a team player, and multi-task multiple on-
going initiatives and/or projects is required. This position will
provide an opportunity to have interaction with individuals at many
levels of the company.
PEOPLESOFT ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE AND BILLING APPLICATION SPECIFIC JOB
DUTIES:
o Extensive PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable and Billing expertise is
required to maintain the application and develop solutions to support
the business area. Includes planning, gap-fit analysis, configuration,
testing, roll out and post-implementation support.
o Serve as customer interface for application support in the areas of
Accounts Receivable and Billing
o Process Improvements -- Promote a proactive vs. reactive approach to
reviewing present business processes. Knowledge of best practices in
the areas of Billing and Accounts Receivable.
o Project management: including creation and maintenance of project
plans with clear milestones and deliverables and on going
communication with key project stakeholders and management.
o Creation of Business Requirements and Detailed requirements
documentation to support large projects
o Thorough understanding of PeopleSoft Query is required.
Responsibilities will include support for a functional area's query
set (i.e., Billing, Accounts Receivable)
o Special Projects as necessary

PEOPLESOFT TREASURY/CASH MANAGEMENT SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES:
o Support and maintenance of Treasury Cash Management and Financial
Gateway applications:
o Treasury accounting and setup bank statement rules, and accounting
templates.

o Bank account configuration, cash position worksheet, statement
activity types, deal instruments and payments (wire and ACH)

o Daily bank statement processing and reconciliation for prior day
statements

o Proactively partner with members of the business community to
implement new requirements, liaison with IT to develop customizations,
and deliver new reporting requirements as necessary
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
o Bachelor's Degree
o 6-8 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Financials Lead
o PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Treasury experience
required (version 9.0 preferred)
o Report development experience required -- PeopleSoft Query, Crystal
Reports
o Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and exposure to Flow Charting
tools
o Ability to manage multiple priorities
o Track record of managing and completing projects on time
