START: ASAP Technical skills: *Expert C#,* ASP.NET, SQL Server. Excellent Design and Analytical skills. C# - design patterns, MVC, MVP, collections ASP.NET state management SQL Server - Good SQL, writing complex stored procedures . Excellent communication skills is a must. There is a 1 hour telephone interview followed by an in-person interview in NJ.
