Must have previous experience working with client's business users and IT members to analyze and document clients current processes and reporting requirements, applying clients templates*. * * * *Requirements:* 1. Must have *3-4 years FUNCTIONAL experience and at least 2 FULL Life Cycle implementation* experience. 2. Experience with financial, accounting and risk management applications for banking and financial services companies to help them measure and improve performance. 3. The candidate will be well-versed in the deploy functions related to UAT Issue Resolution & Sign-off, Transition & Training Planning, UAT Setup & Configuration, UAT Execution, UAT Issue Resolution & Sign-off, Production Migration and Go-Live. 4. Should be well-versed in the development functions related to Functional Design for RICEW, Technical Design & Development, CRP Setup & Configuration, and CRP Execution. 5. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. 6. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator 7.
