QUALIFICATIONS:
*5+ years *of user interface design experience with *web and
desktop applications. *
Extensive knowledge and experience with using user-centered design process.
Proven enthusiasm, curiosity and ability to empathize with end-users and
their needs. Experience driving and managing the design process for a new
product and ability to inspire others.
Working knowledge of design and prototyping tools and technologies
*(e.g. PhotoShop, DreamWeaver, Visio, CSS and HTML)*
Candidate should have knowledge in several of the following areas:
*SDLC, UML, RUP, data and process modeling and rapid prototyping.*
Experience and interest in *documenting processes, systems and/or
product requirements with attention to detail.*
Experience with business process redesign and ability to identify
process improvement opportunities is required.
Proficiency with *MS Visio and MS Office applications* and hands-on
experience with developing prototype models and mock-ups is required.
Must possess strong analysis, organizational, oral and written
communication skills.
Exhibit good problem solving skills and client rapport.
History of delivering measurable positive customer impact.
Experience developing information architectures for applications
and web sites.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
including engineering, management, user researchers, and business analysts.
