Updated Staffing Plan For the workstream(s) assigned, an updated Staffing Plan detailing resources required to support the activities described in the Workplan Deliverable Scorecards For the workstream(s) assigned, regular updates to the program’s Scorecards, listing deliverables planned and actuals Supporting Project Management Activities For the workstream(s) assigned, additional activities to support the overall Project Management for the Program, including Status Reporting, Status Meetings, Workplan * *updates, Sharepoint & Solution Manager administration. Looking for a candidate who has handled $3 million+ budget Experience leading projects from requirements definition through entire life cycle, matrixing across projects and teams. Excellent communication skills. Comfortable working in weak matrixed management environment.
IDEAL Candidate has: Demonstrates working knowledge of project management methodology, SDLC and program management. SAP projects / ASAP methodology experience a plus. Manages large projects and teams, and coordinates with fellow project management team members. Solid communication skills with experience working with senior level management and business partners. Financial management experience (invoicing, budget tracking, time reporting, SLA’s) Ensures project is delivered within approved budget, schedule, contingency and meets quality standards.
