Experienced in *Oracle 10g/11g* installation, upgrades, and patching. In depth technical expertise, and implementation experience in Oracle technologies such as *RAC, ASM, RMAN, DATA GUARD, Grid Control etc*. Candidate should possess strong knowledge of overall database architecture and information life-cycle, and should be experienced with database optimization tools and methods, data modeling, data replication strategies, and database conversion procedures. Must be able to clone databases, conduct database refreshes, back-ups and recovery using *RMAN* and provide guidance to other personnel. Assist developers in *performance and tuning queries & SQL. *Candidate should be experienced in monitoring and troubleshooting database systems using Oracle Grid Control, and developing and maintaining scripts. Conduct performance tests and ensure performance to support a large number of users and processes.
