Team is working on ambitious multi-year efforts to develop the next generation data warehouse and BI platform using IBMs IIW data model. Responsibilities Develop ETL jobs using data stage Write and Tune complex SQL in DB2 environment Write complex Unix scripts to automate batch processes Develop Store Procedure in DB2 environment (Or experience with store procedures for other database platforms) Manage the change management process for the project Work with DBA, infrastructure and QC groups when support is required by the development team. Work with Data Analyst on data model issues. Understanding of complex data models is important. Identify, track, and resolve issues as they arise Qualifications Must: 7 to 10 years of experience as a data warehouse developer 7 to 10 years of database development and tuning experience 5+ years of Unix scripting experience 5+ years with data modeling Ability to lead discussions and see them through completion critical.
