Level: Senior or Lead

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Initially 6 weeks, but then 3-6 months+ as extension
expected for the implementation
Requires:
· Excellent communication skills
· 10 Yrs. + financials consultant with GL, AP,AR and CO, PA skills
on multiple implementations.
· FICO/AFS strong lead consultant that can go into failing project
and perform assessment of design,
solution and suggest next steps to improve and stabilize the
environment.
· Past experience (methodology) with AFS or Retail assessments
preferred.
· Multiple implementation projects (3-4+) would be preferred and
role should lead to a longer term project.

§ At least 5-6 years of pure CRM experience (excluding ECC)

o Strong CRM focus on either Sales and/or Service
o Sales focus on contracts, sales orders and CRM billing
o Service focus on service orders & confirmations
