Position: Production Support Manager/ Lead

 

Location: Jersey City NJ

Client: Banking

No of Positions: 1

Duration: 6m+

Start: Immediate

Rate: $400/day c2c/1099 OR DOE

 

Must have at least 8-10 years overall experience with a focus on banking
technology & Production support.

 

.            Understand business goals and application requirements

.            Lead and manage a team of on-shore and offshore resources

.            Provide 24*7 production support, ensure production issues get
resolved timely with minimum customer impact

.            Provide support to internal clients, including Operations,
Productions and Technology partners.

.            Ensure application availability, stability, accuracy and
performance

.            Ensure proper resources are assigned and issues are resolved in
accordance with SLAs

.            Provide appropriate application monitoring

.            Manage resolution of issues, root cause analysis and on-call
support

.            Maintain knowledge of the technical architecture for the
applications

.            Project planning and resource management

 

There will be a detailed background check if selected including education
and employment history (7 years).
