Document Business Requirements . Document Functional Specifications . Assist in outlining future state Operating Model and document process flows . Create Test Scenarios and Scripts . Execute test scripts in a variety of front-end brokerage applications . Track Script Execution Results, and compile test metrics . Follow up on open issues with Build Teams and Middle/Front Office partners . Define Test Plans clearly outlining test objectives & scope . Keep Project Manager up to date on progress and results on deliverables Position Requirements: . Minimum 5 years experience in the Business Analyst/Testing role for Financial Services Industry . Working knowledge of all phases of Project Lifecycle phases and artifacts (i.e. Project Plans, BRDs, FSDs, etc) . Experience in all modules of Quality Center (Releases, Requirements, Test Plan, Test Lab and Defects) . Self-starter (ability to learn and deliver results quickly) . Strong verbal and written communication skills . Ability to multi-task . Agile/able to quickly adopt to change . Results oriented . Attention to detail . Strong analytical skills . Ability to resolve issues and escalate where appropriate There will be a detailed background check if selected including education and employment history (7 years).
