This person must have knowledge of all technical aspects of PeopleSoft version 9.0, HRMS (HR, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, NA Payroll, G/L Accounting, Time and Labor, ESS, MSS), as well as writing interfaces/programs from/to other systems.
