* * *Full Name:* *Phone Number:* *Email ID:* *Availability:* *Current Location:* *Visa Status:* *Relocation:* *Rate:* *Employer details:* * * *Need SAP PP-QM Consultant* *Location: Broomfield, CO* *Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire*** * * *Job Description:* - As a member of ERP Competence Center, handle standard Service Requests raised by supported areas of manufacturing and quality operations involving the PP-PI, QM, and MM-IM/WM modules of the SAP system. - Ensure that all requests addressed by application users are handled according to agreed SLAs. - Ensure compliance required of a GxP application’s operation and maintenance during its operational life. - Tracks, troubleshoots and resolve application related issues. Analyze error/fault messages and questions. Answer questions, clear faults, propose solutions and/or arrange appropriate measures to be taken, involve experts. - Support test, Computer System Validation and roll-out activities within planned application changes and maintain relevant documentation based on the application/business expertise. - Conduct assessments of processes and data to detail requirements - Interview business partners, organize and run requirements sessions with groups of users. - Analyze and model relevant business processes, rules and data relationships. Document “as is” process. - Lead the project team in designing a “to be” process. Demonstrate the impact of procedures and their effect on the organization. Critically review and recommend changes to processes in part or in their entirety. - Capture a common vocabulary. Develop use cases. - Determine data flows and sources; identify data conversion or migration needed to support goals and uses in a process. - Lead authoring of the user requirements document. - Ensure the business aligns processes (SOPs) with the system functionality requested. - Collaborate with Application Architect and business lead to investigate and define solutions that deliver business value - Work with the application architect to document a proposed project approach. Define and assess the application landscape. Outline feasibility analysis or studies. - As needed, support software package evaluation. Collaborate with application / solution architect to identify potential packages and vendors to review with the team, define selection criteria, lead authoring of an RFP (request for proposal), review prototypes. - Contribute to the creation of the functional specifications, design - specifications, and consult on conceptual design reviews - Manage small to mid-sized projects. *Job Requirements: * - Perform SAP Systems support and solutions creation - Provide expert support on SAP – PP-PI (Production Planning and Execution for Process Industries), QM (Quality Management), and MM-IM/WM (Materials Management – Inventory Management/Warehouse Management) functionalities. - Assist users with system problems - Assist users in understanding information needs - Train personnel on system processes and usage - Provide Analytical Support - Perform root cause analysis on reported issues - Assess and document the impacts of proposed changes - Proactively identify system improvement opportunities and work with business ‘super-users’ to implement - Proactively monitor data quality within SAP - Work with key business contacts and ‘super-users’ to deliver changes / improvement projects in line with business priorities - Support all Computer System Validation processes - Follow defined change control processes and procedures - Develop validation documentation when required - Customer satisfaction measured by project and user surveys. Be personally accepted by business management - Business process analysis / design is available, correct and complete - Achieve agreed targets in terms of quality, time and cost - Support services meet Compliance for CSV, SOX and information security - Meet relevant Service Level Agreements *Minimum Requirements: * Specialized Skills and Knowledge: - Deep SAP knowledge and configuration experience in core PP-PI, QM, MM modules. - Experience with support / configuration of other SAP modules with integration to the PP-PI and QM modules – particularly MM-IM/WM. - Multiple full-lifecycle SAP implementations as well as SAP support organization experience - Experience with interfaces to external Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) - Experience with interfaces to external Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) - Experience with supporting systems in a GxP regulated environment - Experience with Computer Systems Validation principles and techniques - Project Management / Facilitation / presentation skills *Education (minimum/desirable): * Bachelor Degree in IT or related field SAP Academy certification is a plus, but not required APICS certification is a plus, but not required.
