Typically possesses 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience. 7 plus years of Business Analysis experience, with a preferred combination of a Senior BA that has moved into Project Management within the last two years. Excellent communication skills are a must The most important thing he is looking for is Communication, both written and verbal skills. 2. The Billing and Payment Processing is a brand new project. Very big, this type of experience a huge plus 3. would love a Big Four Consulting background but not necessary. 4. Would like to have this person wear many hats, will be working with bringing in a lot of outsourced work in house. Some of this will involve systems Integration with their ERP system, (Lawson) so any ERP integration experience with ERP systems would be a plus as well.
