Consultant with at least 5 years of IT experience in design, development and integration of J2EE applications (J2EE app server, Spring, Mule, BPM, Messaging, orchestration and ESB) and 8 years of industry experience in enterprise level IT projects . The primary responsibility is to design, build and maintain enterprise SOA frameworks based on open source products and participate in the development and implementation of an SOA Center of Technology Excellence, including developing technical standards, best practices and governance mechanisms . The candidate will work with cross sector teams to formulate and define the key SOA architectures and evaluate/create the E-E SOA solutions. Specific deliverables include: . Develop and maintain enterprise frameworks for web services enablement . Define, enforce and promote standards for enterprise solutions . Coordinate with various stakeholders and cross sector development teams for the rollout of new releases . Assist application teams to conduct POCs and create samples for integration scenarios for the developer community . Provide SME/Consulting support to 100+ existing clients and onboard new clients for new offerings . Participate in SOA domain meetings and offer solutions to sector teams Technical Skills: . 8+ years as a Software Developer with knowledge of industry-standard technologies: SOA, ESB, J2EE (Message Driven beans, Spring, Hibernate), Web Services (SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, JAX-WS, WS-Security, WS-Policy, WS* specifications), Web logic Platform, IBM WebSphere, Tibco EMS, Business Works. . Successful implementation of SOA solutions with extensive experience in full software development lifecycle for implementing web services . In-depth knowledge of J2EE and SOA technologies to build web services using industry standard development and testing tools (Eclipse, RAD, RSA. JUnit, ANT, MAVEN) . Experience in Model Driven Architecture approach, UML/object Modeling, JMS architectures including JNDI, Topic, Queues and Bridges. . Must have strong application debugging skills to support integrated solutions. Non-Technical Skills: . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to articulate technical opinions to large audience with various skill levels . Background in Banking or Financial industry.
