*Primary job responsibilities will include:*
- Define, design, build, test, implement, document and maintain the
enterprise PeopleSoft system.
- Monitor and troubleshoot networks and systems supporting PeopleSoft, and
take appropriate action to improve operational performance.
- Work within a team environment, but must be able to work independently
without direct supervision.
- Perform after-hours on-call duties on a rotating basis.

*Candidate resumes must demonstrate the following minimum requirements in

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- A minimum of two years of relevant PeopleSoft administration experience.
- A minimum of two years of relevant Oracle DBA experience.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with varying deadlines in a fast paced

- Flexible to shifting priorities and being able to work with some projects
during nights and/or weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams in order to achieve goals

o Active Directory
o Microsoft IIS 6 (or higher)

- Familiarity with HP Quality Center
- Experience using load testing tools to perform automated tests against

PeopleSoft Developer Resources - Need 1-2 developers to assist with
retrofitting PeopleSoft code in support of platform migration from SQL
Server to Oracle.

This individual will be responsible for full systems development life cycle
of PeopleSoft FSCM, HCM and CRM modules as well as development of interfaces
for third party systems and vendors. Additional support related tasks and
some on-call will be required.

*Position responsibilities include:*
• Provide ongoing design, development, debugging, and maintenance of the
PeopleSoft FSCM, CRM, HCM and PA applications including but not limited to
the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Billing, Contracts, Proposals,
Purchasing and other SCM modules.
• Work with Business Analyst and Lead Development staff to design, document
and develop solutions that meet business needs
• Adhere to all Battelle CIT SDLC practices and policies.
• Participate in on-call rotation in support of nightly batch processing

*THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION:*

• *US Citizenship required.*
• Five or more years of experience working as a technical consultant on the
PeopleSoft FIN 9.0 or HCM 8.9, CRM v9.0 modules.
• Proficiency working in SQL/SQR, PeopleTools, Application Engine, App
Designer, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, Workflow, PS Query and XML
Publisher
• Experience working with PeopleTools 8.50 or above

• Full software development life cycle experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Self motivated with the ability to handle multiple projects with varying
deadlines
• Experience using Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
*THE FOLLOWING IS DESIRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS
POSITION:*
• Expert knowledge of Integration Broker
• Past experience with one of the following PeopleSoft modules:
• CRM 9.0 Sales
• Optim Archiving experience
• Enterprise Portal 9.1
