following skills:
1. Able to read and comprehend technical documentation

2. Able to follow and understand tech discussions
(Examples: c++/.NET client/server, n-tier, and SOA)
3. Able to track technical assignments
4. Able to seek out the appropriate source of information when engineers
need assistance (logistical or technical)
5. Able to hold meetings and take notes
6. Able to summarize project status to management team
7. Understanding and have been certified in Scrum

1. Design/architect systems
2. Write code or test code
3. Assign work
4. Run Scrum
