Job title: Senior Exchange engineer Duration: 12 to 18 months Location: Dallas, TX Work Remotely virally Preferred near Dallas, Philadelphia, Portland, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Pittsburgh AND SITE LOC is TX - Dallas. Role: Senior Exchange engineer capable of acting as a technical lead and collaborating with other technical, client, and project resources to facilitate solutions. Should be able to both lead/direct as well as perform project steps and technical hands-on tasks within a team (towers) environment on behalf of an outsourced service to a third-party client. Should also be available to respond to on-call requests associated with the project for high severity issues and hours may need to be flexible during build/migration activity performed outside of business hours. Skills: * Exchange 2003, 2007, 2010 * Blackberry Server - v.4x to current * Active Synch * OWA, ISA server, TMG and Boundary (SMTP) concepts * Exchange backups, monitoring concepts * Exchange anti-virus and message security, Forefront, etc * Email archiving applications (KVS, Mimosa, SourceOne) and relates apps such as faxing * Provide Storage requirements for Exchange (Storage calculator, SAN/Local) * Physical and VM Server design / config for Exchange Experience: Should have 5-7 years or more of Messaging Engineer (Exchange) Experience, at least 3 in a Senior level role.
