Business Analyst

 

Business Analyst will have prior technical experience with software development 
and primary job responsibilities/qualifications include: 



Facilitate work sessions and elicitation meetings in order to identify business 
needs and understand requirements. Must be able to effectively communicate to 
functional and technical audiences and to business and technology teams. 

Gather, validate, analyze and document the stated business needs, and create 
project visual models and reports. Create business architecture artifacts, 
target architecture, detailed project documentation and other information as 
requested; owns tracking and execution of plans. 



Skills:   

  a.. 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. 
  b.. Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented. 
  c.. Excellent analytical and creative design skills. 
  d.. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project. 
  e.. Strong verbal and written communication skills.  
  f.. Can move easily and comfortably between client business discussion and 
technical reviews with the ability to think strategically or tactically in 
different situations.
·         Participate in a series of business requirements gathering sessions, 
capture the thoughts then translate into requirements (create the necessary 
analysis/design documents).  

·         Ability and experience to propose mock-up implementations for browser 
based UI's.  

·         Be open and receptive to constructive feedback of their designs and 
documents is required. 

 

 

BA Certification strongly desired.
