Job Description: J2EE Developer (4 to 6 years of experience), Applicant should be able to develop high quality J2EE applications. . Strong analytical and development skills in analyzing a business need is a must and should possess good understanding of various J2EE design patterns . Developer needs to work and gain knowledge on multiple areas of the application which would provide great learning opportunities. . Should be capable of doing an impact analysis on a business need . Should have good inter-personal skills . Good communication skills and interactions with offshore teams and customer . Ability to work independently . Candidate needs to be a self-starter and a quick learner Skills: . J2EE, Web Logic Server, Hibernate, XML, JSF, ICEFaces, AJAX, JMS Queues, Web Services, Spring, Spring-JDBC, JSP, Java Script and PL/SQL. . Strong in UML (Power Designer /Rational Design), OOAD and Database Design is a must. . Knowledge of basic Unix commands and Oracle database is a must. .
