My client is looking for an *Ellucian Banner Programmer/Analyst* in* **Denver CO. * * * * * *Title: **Ellucian Banner Programmer/Analyst* *Location: **Denver CO*** *Duration: 12** Months* *Experience Required: 5+** Yrs.* * * *QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS* *Minimum Resource Qualifications (Mandatory)* · Must have a minimum of five (5) years of professional programming experience.** · Must have a minimum of three (3) years professional experience using: § Oracle SQL*Plus, § Oracle PL*SQL, § Pro*C, § Oracle SQL web packages · Must have a minimum of two (2) years Ellucian programmer/analyst experience, including building job submission parameters. · Must have at least one (1) year experience with the Ellucian Banner Student module tables. · Must be able to work 40 hours per week. *Resource Qualifications (Optional)* · Previous experience building and maintaining Ellucian Banner workflows. · Previous experience with the MSUDenver development environment. · Previous experience with other Banner system (Finance, Financial Aid, and Position Control). - Ability to work on site at MSUDenver *Roles & Responsibilities:* The project includes programmer/analyst consultation services to do the following on Student and Student AR tasks: a. Modify SQL*Plus, PL*SQL, SQL web packages and Pro*C reports and jobs to code logic changes; b. develop technical design specifications based on functional specifications; c. develop new reports and jobs per specifications; d. maintain entries in the Banner jobsub parameter files; e. test new and modified objects for proper functionality; f. document all code in-line; g. document all object changes in the University’s task tracking database, JIRA; h. Develop solutions using a loosely followed Agile development methodology, providing deliverables on a regular, agreed to schedule, based on the circumstances of each activity; and i.
