This person would also train other team members to build professional, function-rich reports in SSRS. o Absolutely MUST - Strong Experience in building ad-hoc models in SQL Reporting Services. Need to understand the business need, and build ad-hoc models with minimum guidance on the SSRS side of things. o Excellent Communication Skills - Need someone who can extract the information needed from the business to build reporting solutions and models. Needs to question the business in the right fashion, guide them towards their needs, and needs to quickly correlate business requirements to the available data in the systems. Needs to be extremely DRIVEN, a GO-GETTER. Can work with minimal guidance, is sharp and has a strong aptitude. Needs to pick things up quickly. Industriousness in this role is a must. o Very strong SQL Programming skills, especially in an Oracle environment.
