ONLY US Citizen or Greencard *Position: Salesforce Developer* *Location: Torrance, CA* *Duration: 3+ Months * //Salesforce Developer//Torrance, CA//3+ Months The Software Engineer (Salesforce Developer) will be a member of a team of application development and support, including web, client/server developers and DBA. Must have a complete understanding of n-tier application development including web and client/server technologies as well as knowledge of Salesforce (Apex), Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2005/2010 and SQL 2005/2008 environments. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for programming, writing code, and creating applications for general use. Provide training, technical support and trouble shooting for any new application purchased outside the company or created in house. Ability to travel, to be on call or to work on weekends Developer will actively interface with analysts and developers to gather requirements, design, implement, and maintain various projects. Designs, develops, tests, integrates and documents internally developed software. Modifies existing programs to conform to system changes or to make improvements in the existing programs. Provides technical guidance to internal business teams on aspects of application security, performance, and scalability. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science required 1 – 2 year experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services a plus. Proficiency in SOQL, HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL, Java or C#, SOAP-based web services Salesforce.com Developer Certification is a plus Marketo (marketing tool) knowledge a big plus Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL 2000/2005, Visual Studio .NET 2005 or 2008 Experience with full software development life cycle. Outstanding verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels of management, staff and vendors. Working knowledge of data management, interactive reporting systems, solutions, and architecture. Knowledge of product management and roll out practices (preferably Agile). Version control experience required. Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
