Ø Experience with Oracle RAC and Oracle grid a HUGE plus Ø Experience on PL/SQL Ø Ability to understand the environment and start supporting it in very short time. Ø Good Understanding of ITIL processes Desired Skills Ø Light Architect experience Ø Change Management Experience Ø Experience with Unix Scripting Ø Experience in automation of day-to-day tasks. Responsibilities: Ø This position will primarily be to support 2000 + databases in production and non-production environments. Ø Responsible for ensuring availability and performance of the databases Ø Responsible for Database build, upgrade and consolidation Ø Responsible for implementation and release of database changes as submitted by the development / change management team Ø Ability to interact with development teams, business owners, and various levels of management for troubleshooting any issues.
