Position:Business Analyst with FATCA Location: Stamford, Connecticut Duration: 1 year Rate:Per Day Minimum Requirements: Requirements: Client-facing soft skills Solid communication skills Ability to direct and facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders across functional areas in a large investment bank Awareness of operational tax requirements and familiarity with FATCA Ability to direct a junior Business Analyst through detailed analysis and resolution of issues 8+ years Business Analysis experience Ability to work hands-on in creating documentation detailed above Description: Business Analyst Skill and Role Summary: Our investment banking client is currently executing a large program related to compliance with US IRS FATCA regulations. This role is for a seasoned Business Analyst who can facilitate discussions around FATCA requirements and target operating model, and then create business requirements, functional specifications documentation and test cases. The expectation is for this Business Analyst to conduct discussions and be able to engage senior stakeholders and help them think through future state and solutions towards it.
