*Project Coordinator  w/ITIL Service Catalog
Location: Bloomington ,IL
Duration:12 month contract*


Task Description:  High level primary tasks to be performed by the resource:
1. Provide SME inputs into the strategy and roadmap for Enterprise IT
Service Catalog and Enterprise IT Service Request Catalog
2. Provide SME inputs into the design and build of the integration aspects
of Enterprise IT Service Catalog and Enterprise IT Service Request Catalog
3. Provide SME inputs into the integration testing for Enterprise IT
Service Catalog and Enterprise IT Service Request Catalog
4. Provide SME inputs into creating the “Acceptance Criteria” and
performing “Quality Check” for the project deliverables, including the ones
delivered by “Result Based Contracts” vendors
5. Address current and future requirements and constraints of the Asset
Management and Configuration Management teams
6. Address risks and issues related to integration aspects of Enterprise IT
Service Catalog and Enterprise IT Service Request Catalog with the relevant
technical and process landscape at State Farm
